Hello, Mid-High Families,
It’s hard to believe we’re already in our final week!
Our Penny Drive was a wonderful success! Elementary won by a small margin, so they will get to throw water balloons at staff today!
Thank you for joining us for our Aubree’s Fundraiser. These proceeds will go directly into keeping the program thriving!
Our Car Wash was fantastic! Thank you to everyone who stopped by to support us. And thank you to the parents who loaned us their kids to volunteer for the day! They were all enthusiastic and eager to help.
Please encourage your student(s) to continue working on lines, even though they’re memorized.
Our annual Tricky Tray fundraiser will take place on performance nights. We collect various donated items between $5 and $10 from families to raffle at the end of each performance night. You can continue to bring items throughout the week!
There is no program for Middle School on Thursday, August 2nd. That day is dedicated to our Elementary performance. You and your student(s) are more than welcome to come watch the elementary kids perform at 7:00PM!
Our Middle School Performance is this week, on Friday, August 3rd!
Please have your students bring in their costumes as soon as possible for staff to approve.
Students will have a dress rehearsal the morning of August 3rd, from 9:30AM-1:00PM. Please have them arrive in their first costume and ready to roll.
Lunch must be packed. Students will not be allowed to leave campus or order in for lunch that day, as it will be a “working” lunch.
Students should report back to the school at 6:30 to prepare for their performance. Staff will let them know where each group will report.
The performance begins at 7:00PM in the SLHS auditorium. Admission is free. Please bring your family and friends to join the fun!
IMPORTANT DATES/EVENTS TO REMEMBER
August 2nd: No program for Middle School ("Mid-High"). This is our Elementary performance day. You are more than welcome to join us at 7:00PM! Admission is free.
August 3rd: Dress rehearsal will be held from 9:30AM-1:00PM. Please have your student(s) arrive at 9:30 sharp so we can get started as quickly as possible. Students are required to pack their own lunch for dress rehearsal. Please remind them that they are not allowed to leave campus or order delivery on this day, as the staff will be working on notes with them during lunch.
August 3rd: Our final performance will be held at 7:00PM. Admission is free for all patrons. Please note that students are required to arrive at 6:30 in order to prepare for their shows. We will keep them update on where each group will be meeting.
